John Leeman



John Leeman, KD5WXB, directs LWSL research operations and is currently heavily involved with electromagnetic hazard detection and prediction ranging from tornadoes to earthquakes and volcanic ash clouds. He is currently studying at the University of Oklahoma with the departments of meteorology and geology/geophysics where he assists in gas-hydrate research. When living in Arkansas he was trained in firefighting, rescue, and hazardous materials awareness. Now living in Norman, Oklahoma, Leeman continues to design and build instrumentation systems to aid forecasters and emergency managers.
